The spring Ryugaku Academy is currently underway at North Carolina State University (NCSU), with a total of 20 first- and second-year undergraduate students participating.

Having launched in February, the program is now entering its final two weeks.

The spring Ryugaku Academy program began in 2024 as a three-week, non-credit offering, but has been expanded this year to five weeks with the addition of credit-bearing coursework. A new specialized track for engineering students has also been introduced, further enriching the program's content.

The summer program, meanwhile, has long been offered as a five-week, credit-eligible program, and this year marks its milestone 10th anniversary. Both the spring and summer programs continue to serve as invaluable opportunities for students to engage in international learning.

We remain committed to the continued growth and development of these programs. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff at NCSU's GTI for their dedicated efforts in running the program, as well as to the members of the Japan Club for warmly welcoming and engaging with our students.
