Assistant Professor Kyohei Furukawa from the Laboratory of Animal Nutrition Science at the Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences, Nagoya University, visited NC State University and met with the NC State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) International Programs team. 

During the meeting, they discussed several collaborative initiatives between the two institutions, including the joint Seed Fund, the Research Pack Abroad program, and collaborative learning programs. 

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close cooperation as preparations for these initiatives continue. 

Assistant Professor Furukawa also met with his research collaborator, Dr. Sung Woo Kim, to exchange updates and discuss the progress of their joint research.
